- Items marked as final sale or clearance

- Same-Day Cancellation: Cancellations on the day of service may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Weather-Related Cancellations: If services need to be cancelled due to adverse weather conditions, no cancellation fee will apply, and we will work with you to reschedule.
Service Refunds
- Deposit Refunds: Service deposits are fully refundable if cancelled with proper notice (48+ hours).
- Partial Services: If a service is partially completed before cancellation, you will be charged only for the portion of work completed.
- Service Guarantees: If you are not satisfied with our services, please contact us within 7 days of service completion to discuss remediation options.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide a detailed description of the damage or defect, along with photos if possible.
- We will arrange for the return shipping at our expense and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
